SARAYACU STATION

  • Project location: Station Sarayacu.
  • Units involved: 4 units, IMO brand, model 8L-630
  • Capacity of the units:
    • Each unit has a power rating of 1,000 horsepower.
    • Each unit can pump 25,000 barrels of oil per day.
  • Total system capacity:
    • 4 units × 25,000 barrels = 100,000 barrels of oil per day.

BAEZA STATION

It consists of (1) a model oil injection unit 8L-630, coupled to an electric motor of 150 HPThis system is integrated with a brand-name injection pump. Warren, model 2300 high pressure coupled to a 400 HP internal combustion engine, capable of injecting oil into the flow line of the Trans-Ecuadorian Pipeline System (S.O.T.E).

ENAP SIPETROL MDC STATION

The station consists of four IMO brand pumping units, model A6DHT-230, each coupled to a 150HP electric motor. The station has a total pumping capacity of 20,000 barrels of oil per day.

ALLWEILER PUMPING SYSTEM

The project consists of 14 ALLWEILER centrifugal pumps, models NBT-200 and NAM-F-200, designed to handle fluids within the plant's thermal processing system.

Technical Characteristics of the Pumps:.

Type: Side channel and standard centrifugal pumps.

Common models: NT, NB, NI, MA-B, NAM-F, NSG, among others.

Application: Handling of low-viscosity fluids, including hot water and other thermal liquids.

Design: Dynamically balanced impeller to reduce vibrations.

Delivery height: Up to 20 meters.

Advantages: High hydraulic efficiency, low maintenance, and adaptability to demanding industrial conditions

Technical Summary of the Power Plant Project

Project Name: Power Plant with Diesel Fuel Pumping System

Objective:
System for transferring diesel fuel from storage tanks to power generation turbines, using a high-performance, high-pressure pumping system.

Componentes Principales:

  1. IMO Model 12DHT-400 Pumping System:
  • Type: Vertical 3-screw high-pressure, high-performance pump.
  • Application: Continuous and safe transfer of diesel fuel.
  1. Diesel Fuel Storage Tanks:
  • 10,000-gallon capacity: Designed to supply the energy demand of the turbines.
  • Safety: Equipped with leak monitoring and control systems.

Project Objective:
Implement an efficient mixing system for heavy crude oil stored in tanks, in order to optimize its transfer and commercialization, ensuring product homogeneity and quality.

    • 3 Plenty mixers, model 31P-SSM-45KW
    • Power of each motor: 45 kW
    • Total number of mixers in this terminal: 12 units
